How to apply for benefits

Members can apply for benefits by filling the appropriate form. The Committee has the authority to decide on the financial aid given based on the resources of the fund. The fund can help its members in cases such as:

- Long-term sickness;

- Medical treatments abroad;

- Special cases of sickness subject to committee's approval;

- Death of member or dirct family member, funeral expenses;

- Any other aid not covered by State or Church aid.

 

The committee allocates financial support based on a set-procedure. Members of the fund are to note that this fund should not be considered as a replacement to life or health insurance policies, and that the fund cannot cater for denied claims of such policies.
